Janet Oñate 
Founder and Principal

Cultural change agent and leader in Multi-Cultural & Omni-Channel Marketing.  Vetted marketing professional with a true passion for forging relevant connections that are in-cultural with consumers while understanding why and where they shop.

Janet Oñate began her career in Advertising at CP+B in 1998 working on diverse Brands such as Cunard Cruise Lines, Merrell Footwear, Shimano & AvMed Health Care. Transitioning to Multi-Cultural marketing in 2001, she worked at shops such as Alma DDB, The Vidal Partnership, Young & Rubicam’s Bravo & GlobalHue. Oñate became the brand steward as V.P. Account Director for a host of Brands: Heineken, McDonald’s, Pfizer, JC Penney, Johnson & Johnson, Subway, TJ Maxx & Marshalls, Verizon and Nissan.  She later transitioned to leading and developing Brand strategies, total marketing planning and creative executions while on the Client side at both Bacardi & Pernod Ricard.
